After a full systems analysis is complete, we perform a gap analysis to identify areas where your systems are lacking or you would like to enhance.

We setup a session with you and your team to discuss the current systems architecture, all of the software platforms you use and any future initiatives.  We also review what architecture documentation you may already have available.
