We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, we will attempt to make it right and will work with you to do so. If it is before 30 days from your order date and you have requested a refund or if it is after 30 days we have not been able to rectify your issue, we will issue a full refund.
